To change billing, payment options, and shipping information first log in to the member platform and click on "My Account." You can then edit your information by click on the green "edit" pencil next to each piece of information. Please note that your shipping address will be the shipping address we use for all orders!
One last note: we typically process orders on the 3rd of every month. If your address is not updated before then, your package will ship to whatever address we have on file. We validate addresses as we import them to our shipping software but not all errors will be caught. Any typos in your address may result in a failed delivery so please make sure this is up to date and accurate.
